Zdá se, že Putin a jeho goebbelsovské vymývání mozků vytvořilo z většiny obyvatel Ruské federace jakési zombie přesvědčené o velikosti a dějinném významu ruského etnika. I ti, kteří netuší o existenci splachovacích záchodů či kanalizace, přemýšlejí jako Daenerys Targaryen, matka draků z Hry o trůny. Buď se mi pokloníte nebo vás spálím na prach.
Ruskou státní televizi samozřejmě nesleduji, ale sleduji na Twitteru ty, kteří ji sledují. Třeba politického komentátora Alexandra Mitrovanova, který zase retweetuje příspěvky lékařky Džamily Stehlíkové. Jejich reporty vytvářejí děsivý obraz kremelské státní propagandy. Ocituji tweet zmíněné oblíbenkyně našeho dosluhujícího hradních ochlasty, píše, „Sledují ruskou televizi asi půlstoletí; nikdy nebyla tak nekrofilně sadistická. TV kanály jsou zaplaveny živými přenosy a reportáži o masakrovaní lidí i ničení infrastruktury potřebné pro přežití, a to s nadšenými a výsměšnými komentáři. Své vraždění Rusové vychutnávají a oslavují.“ Co k tomu dodat?
Možná by nebylo na škodu, kdyby česká televize zakoupila práva na přímý přenos diskusního pořadu nejsledovanějšího proputinovského ideologa Solovjova, abychom mohli na vlastní uši vidět a poslouchat názorové blouznění rádoby politologů a nejrůznějších osobností národa, pro který lidský život nemá absolutně žádnou hodnotu.

Russia has effectively shown many basic faults in the invasion of Ukraine. Poor senior military command and communication, defective logistic support which has deprived troops of ammunition, food and fuel. Sounds like a repeat of Hitler at the invasion of Stalingrad?
These combined with the constant interference of Putin and his sacking of Generals has ensured that Ukraine is not going to fold. It will be a constant reminder to the Russian citizens that Putin snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
The Kremlin is painting a red, rosy picture of the ‚special military operation‘ and censors any mention of troop and equipment losses. How convenient for them to see it this way!
Czech TV need to show more ‚real‘ news and reduce the number of half-truths. It is always good to see the truth and no political varnish applied.
In my humble opinion there will be no peace until the forces of Ukraine have retaken the Crimea and hold the line. If anything, this conflict has illustrated to many people that numerically superior numbers mean little if they are comprised of ill trained, demotivated conscripts who are poorly equipped for battle.
